SM01 - Personalized Hand-Painted Custom
Ordering Instructions
Please note: Your paintings will be 100% hand-drawn, so we will require your confirmation via email before we can proceed with the shipment. The steps are as follows:
Step 1: Choose a photo you like, upload it, and then adjust it to display on the watch face as you desire.
Step 2: Select your dial style, any text you want on the watch face, and then the Drawing Style you would like our artists to render.
Examples of implementation stages:
Step 3: Place your order and complete the payment.
Step 4: Digital Approval: You will receive a digital version of the drawing via email within 3 business days. You are entitled to request two revisions, each of which will require our artists another 3 days to modify the artwork as per your wishes.
Step 5: Physical Approval: Within 5 days after confirming the digital version, you will receive an image of the actual artwork. You have the right to request one revision, and similar to before, our artists will need an additional 5 days to adjust it for you.
Step 6: Delivery will be executed within 24 hours after your final confirmation at step 5. The package will take approximately 7 business days to reach the United States and other European countries. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and in the unlikely event that our artists cannot meet your satisfaction, we will only charge a fee of 50 USD per product to compensate their effort, and we will refund the remainder within 48 hours.

Warranty:
- We offer a 3-year replacement warranty for the movement.
- The remaining components are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair or replacement services for accessories, subject to a fee. Additionally, any part of the watch can be substituted with a new component, with associated costs.
