1. At STEVE MULLER we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your new STEVE MULLER watch. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your watch or if there were any shipping damages you can get a refund within 14 days after receiving your watch, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us. If not, You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge $30 - for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you. Just send us an email and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
2. If an issue occurs with the movement of your watch we will replace your watch by a brand new watch. This is a 24 month warranty. We will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us.
3. Before returning your watch to us, please send us an email and make sure to return the watch in the original condition.
Refund
The 30-day refund policy will apply to the following cases
- The customer receives a product that is not as described
- The product received is defective
- The customer tries it but does not like it (in this case, the customer only needs to pay the shipping fee)
In addition, if the customer does not respond within 30 days of receiving the goods, the order will not be refunded in any case.
