ARE THE STEVE MULLER WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?
Yes, some of our watches are 5 ATM and some are 3 ATM water resistant. 5ATM - Suitable for swimming and diving up to 50 metres. 3ATM - Suitable for everyday use. Splash/rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water related work, fishing, and diving. To be safe, avoid contact with water as much as possible. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

MY STEVE MULLER WATCH HAS A STEEL BAND, HOW DO I REMOVE THE LINKS FOR A BETTER FIT?
Some of our watches have steel straps that have removeable links. We recommend taking your watch to a jeweler who will be able to remove links. You can also remove the links yourself if you are a handy man!

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact us. If we are already shipped your item there is nothing we can do about it. It's your own responsibility to fill in the adress information completely.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations can only be accepted when they are made in the first 24 hours after you placed your order. It is our policy to charge €15 for any refunds due to administration and bank/refund costs. If we have already processed your watch (after 24 hours) we can't cancel your order and you’ll have to return the watch back to our warehouse. Once we receive the watch, we will process your refund. You are responsible for accepting the package. If you refuse the package or do not pick it up at a collection point, we will not refund the money.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event you receive a wrong watch, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new watch directly and we will pay for you shipping costs to send the wrong watch back to us.
MY ORDER IS IN CUSTOMS, WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes the order will be stuck at customs. Please contact us if you don't see any changes in your tracking events. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and the Customer Service Employee will send you a phonenumber, so you can contact the customs and they will help you further.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
We have an advanced and intelligent Fraud control system. Sometimes our system automatically cancels an order due to fraud risk. If this happens we will ask you to send a copy of your creditcard so we can verify that it is not a fraudulent order. We do this to protect our customers.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at email@example.com to make a change to your order. You can only make a change if your package isn't shipped yet. We only accept 1 change and it needs to be done in the first 24 hours after you placed your order. Return & Exchange Process
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we received your package at our warehouse we will inspect the item. It must be unused and still in "new" condition so we can sell the item again. If your return is approved we will refund your order and it will take 3-5 business days before you receive your money. If you refund the product without a valid reason (for example a broken watch or wrong delivery), you will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge $25,- (or $35 for Express shipping) for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you + administration/bank costs. Therefor STEVE MULLER grants a FULL 24 months guarantee on the movement of your newSTEVE MULLER watch. If an issue occurs during shipment or within the first 14 days after receiving your watch you are eligible for a full refund. You will have to address the issue within the first 14 days after receiving your watch. If the issue occurs after the first 14days have passed but within a 24 month time period, we are able to replace the watch by a new identical one. Returns are only accepted for watches purchased directly here at the STEVE MULLER webshop. The returned watch should be returned in its original and undamaged packaging. I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN YOU CHANGE THE ADDRESS?
Yes, we can change the address if the items aren't shipped yet. Contact our support team as soon as possible to change the address after ordering your item. We can not do anything if the items are already shipped and we will not refund your money.
