STEVE MULLER 1-2-3 Return Policy
1. At STEVE MULLER we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your new STEVE MULLER watch. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your watch or if there were any shipping damages you can get a refund within 14 days after receiving your watch, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us. If not, You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge $15,- for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you. Just send us an email and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
2. If an issue occurs with the movement of your watch we will replace your watch by a brand new watch. This is a 24 month warranty. We will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us.
3. Before returning your watch to us, please send us an email and make sure to return the watch in the original condition.
